Once you submit the Google Sign Up sheet, we will enter your name, title, contact information and Zoom link into our directory of providers within 3-5 days. Once you are listed in our provider directory, we will contact you to add your schedule to the system and provide orientation documents and further training you can access.

 

When it comes to receiving appointments, an essential frontline worker seeking assistance will have the option to choose from over 300 providers in our system, or be randomly assigned to one based on their preferred language and time. Choices are made based on time zone preferences, credentials, availability and languages spoken. If you are matched with an essential worker, you will receive an email with that person’s name and contact information. You will be responsible for establishing communication and offering them a Zoom or video conferencing link w;ithin 24 hours. We request that you CC our official admin email address on all communications, so we can keep track of appointments. Detailed information about these processes will be shared via the orientation packet once you are added to the provider system.
